Flipkart — unnecessary harassment over calls and other announcement calls regarding pay later amount | |||
I had purchased items worth 6497 in flipkart in july 19 month and used flipkart pay later option. However flipkart has blocked my account stating the reason that "system detected these items were not bought for personal use". How can system give such non sense reason and block my account. Now since account is blocked i was unable to pay the "pay later amount". I requested multiple times (More than 10 times) to different flipkart executives to unblock the account but still they did not resolve this. Now i get many voice call announcements to clear the same which has become a harassment. Can i get some type of relief and compensation from this harassment. As now this has become harassement i need flipkart to stiop these calls and also compesate me suitably for irritating and harassing me.
