[Resolved] Flipkart — Unresolved problem regarding return and refund | |
Dear sir/ madam, I have ordered a steelbird adonis Dashing motorbike helmet (Order id: od[protected] on 12th august, 2020 and it was delivered on 14th august, 2020. But due to size issue a return had been placed on 14th august, 2020 and it was showing in the status that the product will be picked up by 15th august, 2020 and refund will be processed by august 16th. But till date the pickup has not been done and numerous times i contacted the customer care for the same but every time they assured me to resolve the issue by next 48 hours and i was told that i would get a call from flipkart regarding the issue, but till date i didn't get any call from flipkart regarding the issue and also i got mail from flipkart claiming that they couldn't reach me although i didn't get any calls from them.
