[Resolved] Flipkart — update from flipkart customer service for [incident: in[protected]] | |||
I have given the first complaint on 10 aug in flipkart and mi engineer was visit on 11th of aug (Report attached). He was confirmed in report voice command issue in tv. As per attached report product is problem in under 10 days. I have call to your customer care on 12th of aug for this he given the closing time 14th of aug. For passing the time. And i revived an sms on 15th aug. Replacement request has canceled by sealer. After that i have send trailing mail to you on 15th of aug. But no action was taken your side till date. Today your customer care executive ask me your product is not covered under 10 days replacement, why i regularly followup with flipkart from 10th of aug but nobody respond. I also have called to flip cart customer cared 15th of aug. 17th of aug. 19th of aug. 21st of aug. 25th, 27th. After all i have call to mi customer care yesterday and engineer has visit today he found the problem in product. He ask main board need to replace for solve the issue. Report attached. I want to inform you my mi tv was not working (Voice command not working and screen back lite issue) from first day. So please refund my money and replace the tv as so as possible. Our first complaint of 10th aug report also attached. On 25th aug. Mail. I have report for mi engineer 11th of aug and 01st sep 19 today. I will proved my tv was revived faulty and flipkart not replace the product and gain the time for deny the product replacement. I will proof our product have to replace under 10 days replace policy with all mail and report and all recorded calls. Was this information helpful? | |||
