I am writing to bring to your attention a serious and unethical practice I have personally experienced while purchasing a product from your platform.
The same product, sold by the same seller, and being delivered to the same delivery address, is being offered at different prices when purchased using different mobile numbers. This clearly indicates price discrimination and unfair trade practice, which is a direct violation of consumer rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
This is not only deceptive but also amounts to fraudulent pricing strategy to mislead customers. Such actions damage customer trust and violate fair marketplace practices.
If this issue is not addressed and resolved immediately, I will be left with no option but to initiate legal proceedings in the Consumer Court and escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory authorities including the Ministry of Consumer Affairs.
I request you to:
1. Provide a written clarification for this price difference.
2. Offer a refund or adjust the price to the lowest available price for the product.
3. Take strict action to ensure such practices are not repeated.
Kindly treat this mail as a final notice before legal escalation.
