[Resolved]  Flipkart — urgent: regarding cancellation of my order od[protected] with flipkart

Dear Sir/Madam,

My ticket is still not resolved. None of my queries answers have been provided. Backend team called and updated me the resolution after investigation by your so called "Concern Team"?, that I will get refund. I was very surprised that this is first time ever discovered solution by your "Concern Team".

I have sent this email to Flipkart customer care ID number of times but even after specifically mentioning it very clearly none of your Flipkart members seen my entire email.(sorry to say that but I can say they are negligence or illiterate or blind). This time again I expect (as that's the only thing I can do) some one will read my entire email and respond to all concerns I have asked for. Don't overlook and ask me to pin point each and every issue again and again wasting your and my valuable time. Whoever is looking into this case, please be responsible.

I don't want refund for this order for the Seller mistake or false offer. What was seller doing since last 6 days since I ordered and same was accepted on the same day, until I made a call to Flipkart to made them aware that my item status is not yet packed? As soon as I made a complaint how come Seller cancelled my order and initiated refund. Wow so super fast this time?

I had made clear to Flipkart representative on 13th Oct morning in my first call that since I made a call to you, I don't want Seller to cancel my odder in the response and refund my money which is the best and simple way to run out (or so called easiest resolution to the issue) and same thing happened. I want the same item at same price from the same Seller. I don't want refund.

Due to this offer on Flipkart (and I am regular customer of Flipkart) I skipped/rejected other offers and ordered this product? I also ordered suitable case for the same item as a bundled offer. Case has been delivered to me today and 2TB Seagate Slim HDD was supposed to be delivered today itself as per OD[protected]. What am I going to do with the case which I received today?

Why you guys make such false offer if you can not fulfill it. Even if I agree that by the time my order was placed on that day, all available items in the offer might sold out. Possible... Then why the seller accepted my offer and what the hell he was doing for last six days to update me until I checked online status (which was not packed) and called Flipkart for update.

I want Flipkart to arrange the same product from the same seller at the same price along with penalty for such delay and trouble I had.

Please read and answer my all questions or if you are incapable ask some one who can answer.

What was Seller doing for 6 days?

Until I open a case, why didn't he take any action?

How come he took super fast action of cancelling my order immediately I raised complaint?

Why Seller has cancelled the order after 6 days?

Who will bare the cost of my loss since I missed all other available Offers after I ordered from Flipkart and seller cancelled the order even after specifying in my first complaint?

I want same product at same cost from same seller, you make seller pay the cost difference.

Take away INR 200 you have credited to my account. I don't want it.

What action you are taking with Seller?

What if I ordered INR 50000 or 100000 item and cancel the order on the day once I receives message "item out for delivery"?

Hope you will not take any action against me because you cant take any action against Seller so you will do same with me?

What if I do multiple times same thing? I know you will not take any action against me.

If you are going to take any action against me then why not with Seller?

If no action then let me do that with seller for at least 10-20 times? Let me teach him lesson as you cant.

Please give me answer in writing.

Call me if you don't understand any of the things mentioned here.

Everybody I have spoken in Flipkart until now ( I have all recordings) none of them had any answer and all said our Concern Team will work on it and you guys don't contact customer to know the fact?

What king of Customer Service you have?

Pathetic... Non Sense..

Awaiting response from someone who can Solve my problem.
