Flipkart — Used & soiled calculator sent in replacement- need 2nd time replacement | |
OD[protected] I had ordered a CASIO Classwiz FX-991EX Scientific Calculator. Originally I got an unit in decent condition, but only one problem, the cover was too loose -so I requested replacement. --As per tracking details it came from Gurgaon. The replacement I received has fingerprints & gunk on solar panel, and scratches on plastic. Also seal was broken inside the casio box (bubble wrap envelope seal inside it). --But, the tracking details reveal that it came directly from Kolkata WB - which is my nearest city - instead of coming from Gurgaon again. Therefore, it would appear to me that for replacements, Flipkart is sending people the returned products of other users. Likely I got the returned product of some other person in my state (WB)- hence it originated from WB itself. By now, 2 agents have informed me that 2nd time replacements are also possible if you contact customer support. Even when you are getting only refund option, you can contact us & we can book 2nd time replacement. But for this product there appears to be some glitch & they told to try 2 days later if they can get the option then. So I would request Flipkart team to kindly book a 2nd time replacement for the same, the seller was RetailNet (flipkart itself)- so it should be no problem. I purchased this in sale & now the price has gone up. Was this information helpful? | |
