I Ordered Helios Nubuck shoe Liquid polish on date 22nd April-2019, via order id OD[protected], I received my product on date 29-Apr-2019. The product delivered to me is of different specification and used/opened also I ordered polish of quantity 150g but received the product of 125g. Verified Support May 02, 2019 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint stating that the product delivered was different from what was ordered. We have interacted with the customer and raised a replacement request with the seller. The seller has confirmed the replacement has been initiated on May 01, 2019 and will be delivered on May 14, 2019. Hence, closing the complaint form our end.
