I had ordered cell phone on 17th based on the assured delivery committed on site as 19th sunday delivery date. Accordingly also received a message as well with contact no given of wish master to contact him
But your wishmaster written feedback on site as in complete address by calling once when i was driving a vehicle.
Later since morning i am tried to call him on the given no at least 50 times, regret to say that he is neither calling back after my calls nor he is picking calls.
This is too bad that even after registering complaints with your cs, they comit to organize it today but sending messages about resolving complaints by 21st nov, this is not acceptable to me and really frustrated with flpart's approach to handle customer complaints. The phone was booked considering comitted delivery by today other wise its of no use.
Let me know what compensation flipart will give it to me against this disatisfaction or poor response by cs & wish master. I need a delivery with in today it self 19th nov as i am already waiitng and following up with team since morning.
