[Resolved] Flipkart — Very Bad Services Offered by Flipcart Guys | |||
I had ordered a product from flipcart. The delivery was to be made within 18th of July. On 13th a courier guy calls me to collect the product. The product was sent to the wrong address, so I told the person to delivery to the correct address, he refused and returned the product. I called the Helpline center, they told it will be sent on the correct address. Again the same think happened on the second attempt on the same day. On 14th they told me the issue will be resolved. On 14th also the same think happened. In the evening I get a message "sorry for the inconvenience, your amount will be refunded. I felt ridiculous, was it done purposefully or mistake???
