[Resolved] Flipkart — very serious problem with the item bill | |||||
Respected Sir/Madam My order no. is OD[protected] billed as Jayasuriya S . I placed the order on 24th october 2018 and recieved it on 25th october 2018. I bought a phone for my father as he was getting reimbursement for it from the company he works in ONGC. I forgot to change the name in the billing address section and instead change the user name, when the item came I was shocked to see my name in the bill along with the address instead of my fathers name. I tried contacting flipkart consumer support and asked them to change the bill or atleast take back the product but they refused to help me inspite of my repeated requests. The phone is still inside the product box with the plastic cover still unremoved from the box. I'll be satisfied even if they take back the product and return the money in flipkart wallet, as then I'll buy the product with the correct details. I have seen another similar complain from another user in this website https://www.consumercomplaints.inflipkart-product-invoice-info-change-c1354549 I tried to contact him but he hasn't replied still, don't know if his issue got resolved.
