[Resolved] Flipkart — very worst service and got duplicate products | |||||
I bought vu 50 inch 4k smart tv from flipkart and my tv got delivered on 5th of october, after the installation done i got a line on the tv, so i placed for replacement. I got new tv on 22nd of october and old tv was picked up, the replaced tv i got was a duplicate product and i got blur on screen, on seeing this i got fully dissapointed and placed for return and refund on 23rd of october and my request was accepted only after 4th of november. As per the given date my tv should be picked up on 11th of november but it has not done. I called to the courier person on 11th of november and he is saying shall i come and pick up the tv after 10.30 pm? What the # they are thinking i don't know?
