[Resolved] Flipkart — VIP Voyager-Pro Strolly | |
I ordered a trolley bag from Flipkart on 7th October 2023 and the delivery date was expected to 10th of October but still they didn't delivered my product and today is 16th October and they are saying we will contact you for this issue on 20th October but they always extend the delivery date and issue resolving date I tried everyday to connect with Flipkart customer care support but they are not capable enough to resolve my issue and I'm worried about my money and time which they have taken and still torchering me .

They raised the incident Incident: IN23101020203638339637
But every single day this is happening they are raising the incidents and forward the dates like 16th, 17, 18th now 20th October to resolve this issue and I'm sure they will do the same again carry forward the dates . I'm disturbed delivery date was 10th of October but they still holding the product in the nearest hub. They are not contacting me and even not answering my questions Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |
