Flipkart — VIP Voyager pro trolley bag

I ordered a trolley bag from Flipkart on 7th October 2023 and expected delivery date was 10th October but they didn't delivered my product till now I tried to contact them and they are saying that we are looking into the delivery problem and they always extend the delivery date or issue resolving date. Flipkart is not delivering the product and not looking into my problem.
