I am place vivo v11 mobile order on 10th oct 2018. Delivery executive call me for mobile delivery on 12th oct 2018. But some urgency me and family not available on address. Same things discussed with delivery executive and he said not a issue i am coming on 13 oct 2018. On 13 oct 2018 i am check delivery statue with flipkart customer care live chat center and they said we're working with the seller and their partnered courier service provider to have your product reach you by october 17, 2018. But 14th oct 2018 morning suddenly received sms your vivo v11 mobile order cancelled. But order not cancelled by my side and same things confirm customer care live chat executive also.
I need proper resolution for this vivo v11 mobile phone order. Why??? My order cancelled with out my permission. Why seller cancelled the order. I am sending my lots of time in this issue. I want proper resolution.
