Flipkart — Vivo v5 battery

I ordered Vivo v5 battery Flipkart they will give my order but it is not suitable for my mobile then I returned to Flipkart order will add my return amount to bank account but that amount not credited into my account so please help me

Updated by Vennela ph when I saw my order item issues refund amount credited into my bank account when I find my bank account bank balance the didn't know that I am ok please open my account into my bank account
