[Resolved] Flipkart — Vivo v5 (crown gold, 32gb) | |||||
Am order vivo v5 (Crown gold, 32 gb) on 15 may but still the product is not delivered to me, is the way how flipkart is doing the services to the customers. Couple of time i have already called to flipkar executive but am not getting any update on this. I have already done the payment but still am not received my product. Verified Support Jun 22, 2017 Flipkart Customer Care's response We have interacted with the customer, he stated that he is waiting for he last one month for the order, cx stated he cannot wait again and said will go for the cancellation so after taking details order cancelled and refund as 1 BD in RTO and refund in card as per the TAt
