[Resolved] Flipkart — vivo z1 pro not delivered yet | |||
I booked a mobile phone named Vivo Z1 pro on 16th July 2019, Promising date of delivery was 18th July 2019, this product came to my place on 17th July 2019 but I was not present to receive product because I did not have any prior information about it. Then the product was not delivered to me on 18th July 2019. I made contact with the delivery boy he told me that the product was returned even before the promised date. After that, I made Contact with Flipkart customer care they promised me that I would get my product till 21st July 2019 they did not give me any proper information. Daily they only made excuses. I wasted so much time to contact them but still 22nd July 2019 I did not get my product and I am still trying to contact them. Was this information helpful? | |||

We request you to place a fresh order. However, the seller has confirmed that the refund has been completed on 23 Jul 19 and will be reflecting in credit card by 31 Jul 19.
