I have ordered vivo z1x pro on big billion day
Exchanging my phone at 5700
Bank discount 10%
Extra prepaid transaction 2000 off
Coupon code of 1000
After adding all these phone price was 7351 rs

After bigilion offer seller cancelled my order and initiated for refund.
Now im complaining about this they are saying due to error order cancelled please order again.
Big billion day over offer ends.
How can i order again with higher price.
Next they refund only 7351 rs
Rest my 1000 coupon didn't refunded.
Fully fraud happened with me.

We have interacted with the customer and informed that the order was cancelled by the seller due to unforeseen reasons. Hence, requesting customer to place a fresh order and closing the compliant from our end.
