I've booked voltas vm-t35mh tower air cooler on flipkart site and the payment mode was cod. The delivery was done on 29th may but the product was totally different. The product which i have ordered was of rupees 9080 and i have paid the same amount at the time of delivery. But when i have checked the product, it's a completely different product and the price mentioned on it is just rs6500/-. Instead of 35 litres tower cooler they have sent me a small 15 litres cooler which is of no use for me.
I've raised the complaint on 29th may to get the product returned and replaced. But till now it's not done. I have made end number of calls to flipkart but everytime i only get is a different date. The pick up executive has come thrice on bike to pick up the product and laterdenied that it's not possible to pick up the product on bike.
The last mail which i have received from flipkart was on 4th june stating that my issue will be resolved by 6th of june by 11:00 am. But today when i called flipkart at 12:25pm they told that my return request has been cancelled by wish master and they are raising a new request which will fulfill by 12th june. When i got angry on call and demanded to get me connected with the senior person available on floor, they put me on hold for more than 20 minutes. I am still on hold call while typing this email.
Now i have received the call from escalation department at 12:57 pm. And they has also put me on hold.
I am attaching the invoice also which i have received from flipkart.
The final resolution which i have got is that the product will be picked up within 24hours. But to get the replacement i have to wait till 12th june. I am not agree for the same and i want my product to be delivered to me with 1-2 days. But the escalation executive ms. Khushboo wasn't able to provide me the exact date and finally she gave me the mail id to send the complaint on cs
