Hi team, i ordered for voltegic peojector on a big billinion day for 4200 and its mrp was 9999/-. Product got delivered and the product looks totally fake, product doesn't have voltegic brand name on the device, picture quality is so worst you can't even adjust and watch... I requested for a refund to flipkart. But they rejected saying seller didn't accept. Check my images the external boxing will just have a sticker pasted on it saying voltegic.

Flipkart called me said they have initiated my pickup request and once they receive the product they will initiate my refund request. As they said they have refunded my amount back today. Many thanks for you kind and prompt help. Thanks a time for saving my money.

Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint for defective issue, we've taken the refund request and provided the turn around time of pick up and refund hence closing the complaint from our end.
