[Resolved] Flipkart — Voucher validity is over, need to extend/issue new voucher/or credit in my account | |||
After a long follow-up with customer support and sent mail to sachin bansal (Founder of flipkart) we have not received any positiove response on it. I have a voucher worth rs 5000 However, the validity of the voucher has been over on 11th january 2017 and I am not able to use that voucher due to family health issue (Mom) and i Was very busy in her treatment. I follow-up with customer services and they said there is no policy to Increase the validity of voucher or no policy to give money in any form. I hope you know the value of money, and this amount is the liability of Flipkart. As a customer, i am humble request you to please give my money back in any Form i. E credit note or check credit balance in my account or increase the Validity of my voucher. Verified Support Mar 09, 2017 Flipkart Customer Care's response We have already updated the customer that once the validity expires we won't be able to increase the validity. Closing the complaint from our side.
