[Resolved]  Flipkart — vu 32 inch television

I have ordered a vu 32 inch television and it was successfully delivered and installed on the promised delivery date. After the installation i found some white patches on the right side of the tv screen, so i requested a replacement the same day.

After that the engineer visited on the very same day and captured some images of the tv where those white patches were shown.
The engineer told me that he will update the status and uninstall process will happen soon.

Today is 1st november and i am still waiting for the uninstall and replacement to happen. I've also called customer care multiple times but didn't find any solution.

I'm a regular flipkart user but this is the worst experience I'm facing.
Please do the needful and process my replacement ASAP.
