[Resolved] Flipkart — vu 50 inch 4k ultra hd tv | |||||
I bought this tv from flipkart. After the installation done i got a line on the tv, so my tv got replaced. The second tv i got was not original and screen is blurry sometimes.. So asked for return and refund. They also accepted my return request and they promised me that pick up will be done on 27 october 2017, 10 days gone but pick up is not done yet. I called to customer care they keep on delaying and no proper answer... The technician who came to installation was fully drunken and he doesn't know how to handle the tv...
