[Resolved] Flipkart — vu led tv | |||||
I ordered a tv from flipkart (Cod) I got the tv, After 4-5 days my tv was not turning on! I called for replacement... A guy arrived next day and confirmed my problem and repacked the tv... Then After almost 7-8 days New tv arrived... And then i told delivery guy to open the box and when he opened the box, the tv is damaged (Display broken) So they told me to keep the old tv and call costomer care again for replacement... So i called them and told that the replacement order was a damage peice... They told me to wait 2 days... Then after a week i called again, They told me to wait for 2 days we'll be back to you sir... And today its been almost a month I call them every day but the answer is same To wait for 48 hours...!!! - i am not begging for tv!!! I paid 40k for that!! Was this information helpful? | |||||
