[Resolved] Flipkart — Vu Led Tv problem unresolved | |||||
I purchased a TV from flipkart on 17 May 17. (Order no.: OD[protected] The TV had some problems. I launched complaint with Flipkart, but no technician has visited or called me. When I called flipkart care for time and again I got a deadline of 20 th May, but no one came. So I called on 21 may, wherein I got a new deadline of 25 th May. Neither is my return progressing nor is the problem rectified. The customer helpline persons were arrogant and ignorant, not listening to my problem. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Verified Support May 27, 2017 Flipkart Customer Care's response We had called the customer on 24th May and customer's wife confirmed that now there is no problem in the device. Hence, closing the complaint from our side.
