Flipkart — vu television - 5 5 inches - auto restart issue

I am looking for help on refund/return of my VU 55 inches television. I bought a TV from Flipkart on May 13th, 2019. In 2 days after buying the TV, I noticed unusual restart happening to the TV. I raised a complaint and had the technical team visit me multiple times and perform troubleshooting, however in vain. Finally, they agreed to replace my TV. I have the bill and all accessories apart for the box. When I placed the return for the TV FLIPKART very precisely mentioned to return the original box if present. Again it was optional. However, today the guy came to pick it up and refused to pick up without the box. Now the time for replacement is over and they won't take the TV back.
