Dear Sir/Ma'am,
I have purchased a VU TV (43 Inch) from Flipkart with Order ID OD[protected] and Extended Warranty up to Two Years (Invoice of TV and Extended Warranty, both attached). Now My TV's Display having some trouble on screen, display is flickering some times.
Kindly arrange to attend the problem and resolve the same ASAP.
As per Flipkart could not repair, a refund will be process after picked up of defective piece. but it is not being picked up till yet since 25/09/2020.

Updated by manendrasingh In the Extended warranty Policy it is mentioned that if TV could not be rapired with in 30 Days, a refund will be process, but reply received from Jeeves on my mail, i.e. the rapair cost is higher, so the TV could not repair or replaced that's why refund will be process. which is not as per their extended warranty policy.

Updated by manendrasingh Thanks Consumer Complaints Portal, after your intervention matter of refund resolved, but the persons who were involved in the matter, due to which i got mentally harassed and matter delayed too long, no action has been taken against those persons.
I am still not happy with services of Jeeves & as well as Flipkart.
