[Resolved] Flipkart — Vu TV not replaced so far | |||||
I ordered Vu TV from Flipkart on 26 October 2016 and very next day got my tv, after few days TV auto stopped. So I called flipkart and told all things and requested to replacement on November 4. Today's 13 November my problem is the same, neither call nor any confirmation from Flipkart. Everyday I called but got the same answer from executive that its in process. What the hell Flipkart is this... More than 8 days gone they are not able to resolve problem, Now i want my money back and i don't want any replacement. Please forward this message to complain department. I am writing complaint via this platform with the hope that i wil get rid of this problem. And finally just want to tell everyone Flipkart is fraud don't order any more product because you will be in same situation as i am now. Mr Bansal just close your business if you don't know to handle customer whether online or offline. Was this information helpful? | |||||
Feb 4, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved I got my refund un my credit card. Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Feb 08, 2019 Flipkart Customer Care's response We will revert on it.
