[Resolved] Flipkart — vu tv refund

As I have purchased Vu android smart TV of 49inches on 16/0718 it delivered on 23/07/2018 and it installed on 24/07/2018 but when I installed Gfx benchmark it showed resolution was 1920*1080 which is very bad in pictures and sound
Resolution is of 1920*1080 other than USB mode
I want refund of this product

Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint stating that the resolution of the TV was diffferent. A techniciqan visit was arranged and there was no issue and denied for refund and informed about the seller's 10 days replacement policy and closing the complaint.
