Dear sir,
I ravindra bandgar, i ordered tv on 30 september 2019, and i got delivered at my home on 5th october 2019.
Installation date was 11th october 2019 your service executive has done unboxing of product but unfortunately i got damaged product.
Expected pick up date was 22nd oct 2019 but till now no one has contacted me.
I did replacement process it also has accepted from your side. But the new delivery date it is showing 6th november 2019 & new installation is showing 10th november.
But issue is that still no one has come to pick up that damage tv.
My motto was behind buying that was tv for dashera festival but unfortunate it is not competed. I really disappointed from your service.
Also i called to customer support team and had talk with senior customer executive (Male) and without giving any solution he rejected my call.
Why should i suffer from all this process.
Please deliver tv before diwali as well as installation Was this information helpful? |
