Flipkart — Waiting for return and refund against a wrong product received from last one month

My name is Priyanka and my registered mobile number on Flipkart app is [protected].I have been asking for a return and refund for a wrong product delivered to me by Flipkart from last one month.I have been contacting Flipkart again and again on my own for a resolution but Flipkart has behaved very badly with me.Ignoring my issue continuously and making me wait for days, weeks and now it is been almost a month that i am seeking for an update from your team.My last conversation with Flipkart customer care team was on 17 September and I was assured that with in 24 hours i will be given an update on my return request.But as you can see it's 22 September today and till now I have received no update and no one has contacted me either.Is this really the way a customer should be treated or I should assume that Flipkart just don't want to care about the problem it's customers are facing.The way i was treated was very badly and no customer deserves this.Flipkart wasted so much of my precious time and i really don't know if they are going to do something about my case now but even though I am writing them to explain their disappointing treatment towards me.You wasted my time and my money which is not at all acceptable.I am attaching the image of my order ID and you can see for yourself what type of lousy services you are providing to your customers.I am attaching the image of the wrong item i have received.Please do the needful in my case.I want refund against my order and an apology for wasting my time.Regards.
