1. Order the product on 13th Aug 2023.
2. Wrong size of the product delivered to me on 23th Aug 2023
3. Returned the product saying the size is not correct. Delivery person picked up the product.
4. Initially when spoke to the flipkart team they said the correct product will be delivered to me. Many calls with Flipkart I made and everytime got the same answer.
5. After a long period of time, my replacement product not delivered to me. I requested flipkart to return back my money and I am not ready to wait indefinetly.
6. They said they process for refund of my amount and said within 72 hours I will get refund.
7. After long followup, till now I my amount is not refunded.
