Dear flipcart, I bought a mobile model ivoomi me3s Received date 4/12/2017, my brother was not satisfied in this model, i want refund my money. Kindly do the needful asap Mobile cost 6500 rupees, And i add the invoice copy photo, the supplier is not responsing, flip cart will take responsibility to refund the customer money, otherwise will won't trust flipcart, i hope flipcart is give a solution for valuable customers. Verified Support Dec 07, 2017 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint because his brother don't like the model. We interacted with the customer and informed customer as per the seller 10 days replacement policy we can help with the replacement only if the issue is damaged, Defective, Item not as described. Informed customer that the order which he purchase we deliver the same product. Denied the request for return customer agreed on call hence closing the complaint from our end.
