I have purchased Blackberry curve 9360 on 13-Feb, 2015 from Flipkart order id-OD[protected] IEMI No-[protected] ) .This product covers a warranty of 18 months but the blackberry service center has refused me to provide me a service in Jaipur, Rajasthan. Kindly provide me a support from your side because I am fed up from the behavior of the staff of blackberry service center here .So have a focus over it and provide me a solution. Flipkart Customer Care's response Tried calling the customer but he is disconnecting the call so sent a mail to the customer asking for the order details
