[Resolved] Flipkart — washing machine - misdelivered

I have bought samsung washing machine under the 10 days replacement policy in the big billion days, but they delivered me whirlpool washing machine. The product price after discount was 13499 but since there was card offer i paid 12149. Now the same product is available at 14, 499. Since i have under 10 days replacement policy, i want them to replace the same because it is their mistake of misdelivery, but now they are not replacing it. I am exchanging my old xiaomi redme 4 phone with a samsung on max for a fair offer but the delivery boy refused to take the old phone saying there is dust on the speaker where as the phone is fully functioning with near to no defects in it. Kindly look into the matter and take necessary action as soon as possible.
