[Resolved]  Flipkart — we r not received any refund until

I have recently ordered a phone named poco x2 total costs 19999 on 23rd of march. I had cancelled it on 23rd of march because of lockdown and i can't wait too much and flipkart showed me 1st of april as final date to reflect money in my account but it is not credited today on 10th april.
I recently called bank buy they told me to ask flipkart because there is no refund in account. I have checked my account statement recently but i did'nt received i yet.
My final hope is on you.
Customer service is also very much poor.

Following is all details about product:
Ordered on-23rd march
Cancelled on-23 march{due to lockdown}
Refund expected-1 april
Return id[[protected]]

Please help me

On flipkart request i have also provided my bank statement
