I have recently ordered a phone named poco x2 total costs 19999 on 23rd of march. I had cancelled it on 23rd of march because of lockdown and i can't wait too much and flipkart showed me 1st of april as final date to reflect money in my account but it is not credited today on 10th april. I recently called bank buy they told me to ask flipkart because there is no refund in account. I have checked my account statement recently but i did'nt received i yet. My final hope is on you. Customer service is also very much poor. They are not sending any refund until they're asking mail from my bank related to confirmation of not receiving any refund from flipkart reseller
