I ordered a refrigerator via Flipkart on 2nd April 2022 and it got delivered by 6th April 2022. The service engineer visited our home to install the product on the next day, the 7th of April. During the installation, he didn't turn the refrigerator on and asked us to turn it on after an hour. When we turned it on, we saw that the fridge does not provide any cooling at all.
I have contacted the service engineer and he asked me to raise a complaint with whirlpool. When I contacted whirlpool they said, they will send another technician to repair it. Now my query is, why do I bother to repair a new product? I have requested a replacement via Flipkart 5 times and every time they are rejecting my requests. They are showing a cause that the courier partner delivered the product intact.
Nobody is paying any interest on this matter, nobody is helping me. I haven't purchased the product from a local shop, so it is Flipkart's responsibility to replace the product by forcing the seller. But they are not paying any attention. Was this information helpful? |
