[Resolved] Flipkart — whirlpool 6.5 kg fully automatic top load | |||
Hi, I got delivery on 30th Dec 2017 and Demo given by vendor on 10th Jan, 2018. I raised complaint in flipkart on 2 days after giving a demo & installation ..after that as per them Vendor person came for repair for 3 times in 7 days but still same problem persist .. today i again told to flipkart customer care for the same issue because vendor doing try & try and in this period 10days of piece replacement time also expired. Due to issue of vendor, why customer suffer ..pls suggest for further procedure because i can't go with this peice in which from first day problem occurred. pls suggest me for next step to get replacement, otherwise i have to complaint next level, which i know very well.
