We ordered whirlpool NEO 278GD PRM as shown in picture, but received different model Neo 278GD CLS PLUS on 1 February 2023, immediately we called Flipkart customer care and executive agreed for making mistakes in delivering the right model of refrigerator. I asked for replacement but They told me that they are raising refund request from their side
because they don't have stock at that time. But we got message about rejection of refund request from seller side on 5 Feburary 2023. I connected with customer care many times they said they don't have option for refund as per policy. And that time they don't have stock so they are giving refund option but now they have stock so they are giving replacement option. They are changing according to their situation. They replied us after 4days and rejected our refund request because they have stock now. I have urgency to buy fridge to keep insulin. They were ready to refund our amount so we bought offline.
