[Resolved] Flipkart — Why my order automatic cancel in flipkart | |
Hello, It is to inform you that i have ordered "apc bx600c-in-black - ups 600 ups" on 20th august, the order id od[protected] number worth rupees 3299 has been received. The estimated delivery date is 26th august. However, when i checked the tracking from the app, it showed the order is canceled. When i called the customer care, told me that as the product is not available to the seller, the order got canceled. I want to know that if the product is not available, how can flipkart take my order? Why such harassment is done to the customers? I want a justified answer. Was this information helpful? | |

Verified Support Aug 23, 2020 Flipkart Customer Care's response Hi, We're sorry about the cancellation of your order. We were trying to sort this out with the courier service provider. However, we see that the order was canceled by the seller. If you like, you can place a new order for the desired product and the seller will try and make sure that it reaches you on time and The seller has confirmed that a refund has been completed on 21 Aug 20. It would have reflected in your credit card by 02 Sep 20. We would like to thank you for your continued trust and understanding.
