[Resolved] Flipkart — windows 10, big billion sale items | |||||
Hi sir, Flipkart order id od[protected] I had ordered a windows 10 operating system (Oem) from flipkart on 23 sep 2017 for rs. 3064. I received it on 3rd oct. When i tried installing, it was not able to do it in uefi mode, but later on, could resolve it. When tried activating windows, i t showed that product key is not acceptable. When i contacted customer care, they made me believe that i should wait for their resolution. I followed up when they didnt keep promise and they repeated they would do on next day. I. E on 8th oct 2017, they messaged my refund is initiated. I invested my time and money for a windows product, they refunds it just because they cant ensure genuiness of product. I suspect lot people cheated in the big billion day name. Many fake products. I need the product and service for which i have invested time and money, not the refund.
