My order is delayed. Its not because of product company but your wish master. He called me at the delivery day and said sorry i passed your place can i try next day" and i said okey but he didn't called me later. Still there is no response i can't connect to his number only he can call. The shipment was scheduled to deliver on 5th july 2017 and today is 10 july. I don't get a message or call. What is this. So next time can you provide every customer their wish masters working phone number please.

It's been 7 days post your promised delivery date. I want to file an official complaint of continued harassment and ask for punitive damages. Enough is enough.
The delivery boy has already seen that the phone has no issues, but the only issue was that mi server wasn't working and hence we couldn't unlock the device which is why we couldn't log out from the MI device. This was clearly not the problem of the phone, but it was the problem of mi sever. When you have not even checked the phone and since the delivery boy has already seen that it was the server problem, then how can you even return the order without checking the phone. The wishmaster can reject the order if
IMEI number on mobile matches against IMEI number entered by customer
Brand of mobile matches the brand entered by customer
Mobile stays powered on without charger for 30 seconds
Mobile screen is not broken
The screen lock should not be active (all types of screen locks like pattern, pin, password, fingerprint, face recognition, smart lock, etc should be de-activated)
when none of these has been done, which is totally because of the server problem, it is not customer's problem. we are only able to communicate with the delivery boy. We are only provided with the contact numbr of the delivery boy. When he cannot convey the message to wishmaster that the server has a problem, what customer services are you people doing?

We do totally understand that if the product is broken /damaged, it is not exchangable. If the IMEI number is not matching, it is unable to exchange. When all these things has not been checked, how can you even say that the product has failed smart pick?

Without our consent, the order has been cancelled when we already asked the delivery boy to hold the order for one more day as the server issues are on. We have already informed about this to flipkart too, then how can you cancel the order without checking?

Please respond to our queries judiciously else we have to move legally on this issue

What is this. So next time can you provide every customer their wish masters working phone number please.
The flipkart delivery man has now came on gundagardi, he is calling from a mile away to take out the parcel, he is not going to deliver on home, he gives "threatening" that if you cant take away your parcel from my place, he will cancel the order. and the best part is he cancels everytime, who the hell will take the leave from office to take the parcel. Nowadays he has stopped even calling to me. he cancels my order without even asking me and write " customer refused the order". I am completely fade up with the gundagardi of fliplart wishmaster, not all are same there are couple agent who is doing this.

I don't know what kind of behaviour is this. My item was out for delivery today and I was having lunch with my family. Delivery guy called me at the same time and I was unable to pick the call.

My uncle was in the office and he called me to take the delivery. I know I was a bit late ( delivery guy called me at 13:48 and I went there to pickup at 13:53).

The guy was so rude that me said me that he will take my OTP and not give my parcel to me. After I said him the OTP, he said that he has marked my parcel as delivered and he will not give it to me.

I didn't said him anything and after sometime he gave it to me.

This is the last time I have ordered from Flipkart. From now, i will not order anything from Flipkart. I order so many things from Amazon and Myntra and i have not faced any problem.

This was a very rude behaviour.
