[Resolved] Flipkart — wishmaster denied pickup of phone | |||||
Hi, I am highly upset with what they are doing. I had ordered a phone in exchange offer. I agree the terms and conditions should match, but a extremely small scratch on the corner of the phone was considered as a major dent? Like really? The person sends a photo to someone and the phone gets denied. Wow, and that person is also agreeing that it's not any major stuff. If photo is a medium of deciding a phone is damaged or not, then why are you people not taking photos while making orders? And, what do you want? We return brand new phones in these exchange offers? What is the meaning of a exchange offer then? My phone was in a proper working conditions, never required any kind of repairs, no screen issues, no damage on the body. And a small scratch on the corner line, which is not a part of the screen as well as the body, its a simple line thing which does get discolored with time, and you guys are considering this as a factor for not getting approved for exchange. This is extremely sad. I have seen many phones which are taken by flip kart that too in an worst condition. And a phone which met all the parameters was denied? If you are expecting a new phone to get exchanged, i am sorry flip kart you have no idea what exchange means then? A person deletes all data, resets their phone, removes the screen guard, matches all tests, and something which should not matter, becomes the reason for getting denied. Sad life and poor services! Verified Support Jul 25, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised complaint regarding the issue of exchange offer, we have interacted with customer and informed terms and condition clearly about the exchange offer. Later informed that order has been cancelled from courier service provider hence told refund turn around time closing the case from our team
