Flipkart — Without any reason reject my return order

Customer support persons not support to communicate with me. They are not properly answer my problem, without any reason they are rejected my return order.not agree for return my phone because he did not check my phone clearly and misbehave with me not agree for my complained hear and very rudely talk with me.

i request need my product change otherwise return my money back.
