Flipkart — Without Intimating Flipkart Account Blocked | |
Hi sir/ma'am, I'm Using Flipkart For the Past 4 Years. I'm Flipkart Plus Member. I order a number of products in Flipkart. In Recent Times, I ordered 4 leggings, But in the package, one item was missing. So I wrote the complaint and return the product then they realize and missing product amount was refunded to me. Again I order the product after that product was delivered. But Legging Colour was Not matched. So Today I try to open the Flipkart account it was not opening. They said your account is blocked. please contact customer care. I tried to call customer care but it was not working from my number. In the Past 4 Years, Roughly I returned the products 3 times. If the product is not good and not worthy. Everyone returned the product. Who likes the poor quality products. For every order, I return the product means I agree for Flipkart to block the account. Without any intimation how can they block the account? They insult the customer I am deeply hurt about Flipkart. I need the proper explanation about our account blocking.
