[Resolved] Flipkart — without my permission they cancelled my order | |
Order id - od[protected] In diwali offer i buy a product at ₹9899. Without contacting me they cancelled my order, when i contact flipkart they suggest me to reorder same product which is now at ₹13499. I said them that i haven't cancelled my order but they are falling to provide me proper service. When i ordered my product then expected delivery date was 7th nov 2019 but today 8th nov 2019 they cancelled my order with contacting me today i called flipkart helpline number they said that delivery boy called you but your number was unreachable. I said i have given alternate number he can call me on another number, they unable to give perfect reason for cancellation my order. They only say reorder same product at₹13499. They only cheat us. I said them provide me same order at ₹9899 but they said you have to but at current rate that is ₹13499. Please help Was this information helpful? | |

The order "OD[protected]" placed by you has been cancelled by the courier service provider due to unforeseen reasons. However, once the order is cancelled it can't be reinitiated. If you wish you can place a fresh order. Your understanding is appreciated.
