[Resolved] Flipkart — without telling me they cancelled my order | |
My order id is od[protected]. I bought phone for exchange which will be delivered on 17 aug 2018. The courier who they call wishmaster denied my exchange phone without properly checking but my phone meet all their conditions and say seller did not approve. And after that i launched complaint in flipkart and they said they will solve it till monday 20 aug. But on that complaint night they cancelled my order. And after that they revert my complaints also that they solved it. How can they solved it without complaining me. And now i talking to customer care they updating status fake that i called for refund status but i called for why they reject my exchange. Please solve it.
