Flipkart — Wood wardrobe return request not executed | |||||
Bought a wood wardrobe from flipkart during the big billion sale on 5th october 16. Product is arrived on 3rd november after a month approximately. To my surprise after unpakaging the package, i found it damaged and of poor quality. I placed a return request on 8th nov. Then i was told that it will be actioned in 10 days. 10 days time frame was also over today. No reverse pick-up and refund of my money. It was further postponed to 24 november. I paid the money for the product around 50 days ago, still not able to use the product. Damn service in terms of big ticket purchase like furniture. Flipkart people are dependent on the seller.
