[Resolved] Flipkart — worst after sales service - even after 13 days my tv not yet installed | |||
Attention concerned, This is the extreme... No more patience.. Have sent several mails to your customer service, more than 100 calls to your call center agent, even after that no such kind of action or response have been taken from your side. If you are checking the patience of a customer. Then there is a limit for all. Find the below e mail regarding my complaint. My purchase orders are as below Od[protected] Until now i didn't get any call. When i called, today one of your senior executive ms. Waheedha told me that she have escalated the issue to the concerned team and they will be calling me in 4hrs time.. Now it's more than 4 hours. When i called again to your customer service.. One of other senior executive mr. Prasad, he cut the line in-between. I don't know weather this is your customer service. This same thing happened to me when i was talking to mr. Sameer on 18th of october. Same was highlighted on my previous email mail. Now come to the real issue. I did a big mistake by shopping this much of items from you. From the beginning.. I were requesting your customer service agent to update my new phone number to your system.. Until now i can't see anyone did that... Even though u cannot change the registered number you could have update it as an alternate number. Now regarding the problems... It's all about after sales.. Installation, i got my tv delivered on 12october.. As per your advertisement in the aap after delivery with two days the item will be installed. Here it's been 13days now, in between your customer service agent have changed the appointment for 3times, and when ever i call they will say with in 4 hours you will get a call if 4hour finish again... Wait for another 24hrs.. If 24hrs finish... Wait for another 48 hours like that... Keep on creeping the installation service.. And now it's been 13days. No agent (Junior/senior/supervisor) can give any kind of customer support, as per them they are escalating the issue but technical team is not taking any action, it's really unfortunate and not expecting from a company like flipkart. Last 13days my tv been a show peace at my home because of your mistakes. I have spend more than 1lakh indian rupees in flipkart and the treatment from you guys are pathetic and not acceptable at all. If you guys cannot make the installation, iam ready to do it with local technician, but as per your customer service agent in that case my service warranty will be void, i have brought 2years extended warranty along with that... That means i will be loosing that also. This how flipkart is cheating the customer. See what a trap i have been. Because of such an arrogant and fraudulent company called flipkart. If they are concerned about the customer, at least they can call the customer and update the current status.. Until now haven't received a call or email about the product installation. Iam traveling on 26th october... Then i will be back only after 6months, i will attach my ticket copy for your reference. Do something I don't know what should i do now.
