[Resolved]  Flipkart — Worst customer care and worst email process

I have 1468 rs in wallet balance in my account. Due to their technical problem they have cancelled my orders n blacklisted my account. I have sent 38 emails but still no one has resolved the issue. I just want to use my wallet balance but they are keep cancelling my fresh orders and nor they refunding the balance. They said you have given so many return request . Which is not true.
